    Property management: 10% + VAT of the rent
    \n(excluding utilities) Adjustable depending on rent level and number of apartments managed for the same owner.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Tenant search 1 month rent + VAT for a minimum rental period of 12 months
    \nIf the tenant stays several years or renews the lease, no additional fee is charged to the owner. For periods under 12 months, fees are calculated pro rata to the actual rental duration<\/strong><\/p>\n
