Condominium analysis
review of the building’s financial situation, latest assembly minutes, energy certificate and confirmation of paid common charges.
Signing & representation
possibility to represent you via power of attorney so you do not need to return to Budapest for the final signature.
Handover & setup
taking possession of the property, transferring electricity, gas and water meters, notifying the building management of the new owner.
