A complete, good-quality renovation usually costs 900–1,000 €/m², excluding furniture and kitchen.

The average renovation duration is 4–6 months, including the planning phase.

Can the budget be kept?

Interior design planning allows for a very precise definition of the workflow, ensuring the budget remains well-controlled within ±5% — normal for renovating older buildings.

We do not begin a renovation without a detailed preliminary plan, as a reliable cost estimate cannot be prepared without proper documentation.

Can deadlines be met?

The 6-month deadline is rarely delayed, provided the owner approves the materials, finishes and equipment proposed by the interior designer on time.
